Logisticians prefer to manage the reality of the situations they face with plain and simple honesty. For them manipulations, mind games don’t make sense. Honesty is the heart of the ISTJ type personality.

Dutiful and strong-willed:

If ISTJ decides to do something they will do it and will do it in the given period of time. They work hard and stay focused on their goals. ISTJ are determined and have patience when it comes to achieving their goals.
