Strength Of ENTP:

When it comes to an opportunity to learn something new, especially abstract concepts, Debaters are always ready to take it up and will rarely pass it. Learning and absorbing new information is not just for any planned purpose rather they find it fascinating.

Free spirit:

ENTP types have little attachment to tradition and as a personality type that loves learning and accumulating knowledge, they are able to reject existing systems and methods and bring together different ideas from their extensive knowledge base with some creativity to hold them together and formulate bold new ideas. When given some systematic problems and even the control to solve them, Debaters may respond with high spirit and may put in their full effort to solve the problem.

Excellent brain-stormer:

Debaters love to brainstorm and analyze problems from every angle so that they can find the best solutions. They combine their knowledge and originality to widen out every aspect of the subject at hand, rejecting options that don't work and presenting more possibilities. It may be hard to replace ENTP types in brainstorming sessions as they are excellent brain-stormers.

Interesting:

People with ENTP personality types can be charming since they have a way with words and wit that others find interesting. Their quick thought, confidence and their ability to connect disparate ideas in novel ways create a different style of communication that is fascinating, entertaining, and informative.

Enthusiastic:

If they are given a chance to use their strength to examine an interesting problem, they can truly be impressive in their energy and enthusiasm, and without any doubt, they will put in long days and nights to find solutions for the problems.

Quick Thinkers:

Debaters are able to shift from idea to idea, really quick and without effort, and with their accumulated knowledge they can easily prove their points. They are quick thinkers.

Weakness Of ENTP:

Inconsiderate:

Debaters are rational and may often misjudge others’ feelings and may even push the limit of others’ tolerance level. ENTP types really don't care about others’ emotions or consider emotional points to be valid in such debates. And thus, may often be considered insensitive.

Very argumentative:

Debating is the strength of Debaters and they really enjoy doing it but they can be very argumentative and not every personality type individual may appreciate it. Debaters may not even see anything while debating and they may tear down the beliefs and methods of other types which can lead to a great deal of tension and create problems.

Small-minded:

If people are not able to back up their ideas or come up with proper points or brainstorm, ENTP types are likely to dismiss their ideas and even the people themselves. As for them, a suggestion should stand up with a reasoned base or is not worth discussing.

Gets bored easily:

Since Debaters can come up with original plans and ideas and are flexible in this matter, it really makes it hard for them to focus too as they can readapt perfectly good ideas and plans far too often or may even drop it completely as the initial excitement declines and newer thoughts and ideas come along. Debaters get bored easily and fresh thoughts are the solutions though they are not always helpful to the ENTP types.

Not interested in practical matters:

More focused on what it could be, imaginative and abstract ideas, malleable concepts, ideas that can be debated and adopted. So it may be difficult for Debaters when it comes to hard details and day-to-day execution where creative flair is counterproductive and thus they lose interest.

They do all this not to achieve any deeper purpose or strategic goal but rather for fun. They prefer to be seen as the smart and the clever types and may even try to impress others with their sharp humor. ENTP personality type individuals love to think big and brainstorm, their capacity for arguing or debating can reach a different level. They may often be appreciated for it but when they step on other toes like openly questioning their boss in a meeting or picking apart everything their significant other says, it can get complicated and difficult by their unyielding honesty as ENTP types don't know how to cut up words. It may be hard for sensitive types of people and society in general as not everyone likes an argument, or unpleasant truth and rationality. People with these personality types are respected for their confidence, knowledge, vision, and incisive sense of humor but they may often struggle to use these qualities as the basis for romantic relationships and deeper friendships.
