Because of the assumption supremacy of rationalism, commanders distant themselves from their own emotional expression and sometimes even of others. They may often end up hurting others’ feelings like of their partners and friends.

They have strong willpower and are not willing to give up easily and it may happen that they may put everyone else right along with them achieving spectacular results in the process.
