A protagonist is someone with extroverted, intuitive, feeling, and judging traits. They are capable of connecting with everyone and anyone and are most concerned with helping people. These people are warm and harmonious, who are empathetic leaders.

Strength Of ENFJ:

Open-minded:

Protagonists are open-minded people. They have strong opinions but they recognize the importance of allowing others to express themselves fully. They might not agree with someone but they do recognize a person's right to voice their truth and allows them to express what they want to.

Passionate:

Protagonists are enthusiasts and you won't feel bored being around them. They find great pleasure in pursuing their hobbies be it cooking, hiking, dancing, or doing something else. And they rarely find themselves at a loss for something interesting to do. They are passionate beings and do things with passion.

Inspiring and charismatic:

Protagonists are determined and inspiring and often find their way into leadership roles. They are the captain that can lead a team and they rarely lose sight of their main goal, which is to be of service to others.

Altruistic:

They have a deep desire for positive change and genuinely believes that if they are successful in bringing people together they can do good to the world. They are selfless beings.

Responsible and reliable:

Protagonists don't like letting people down or causing what they believe in. They are responsible beings who keep their promise even when it is difficult to do so. They are people whom you can rely on.

Weakness Of ENFJ:

Overly empathetic:

ENFJ personality types are known for their compassion and it is their greatest strength. But when one becomes overly empathetic it can be overwhelming like protagonists have a tendency to take on other people's problems as their own and this can leave them physically and emotionally exhausted.

Patronizing:

Protagonists are always ready when it comes to self-improvement and aren't short of energy but they may fail to realize that not everyone shares these qualities. And at times they may push others to make changes that they are not interested in making in the first place or are not ready for it.

Overly idealistic:

Protagonists have clear ideas of what is right and wrong. They feel that everyone shares these fundamental principles. So when people violate their core values such as justice or truth it can come as a shock to them as they feel that everyone should at least share these principles

Unrealistic:

People with these personality types put a lot of pressure on themselves to correct or right every wrong that they come across. But no matter how hard they try it isn't just realistic for them to solve all of the world's problems. If they are not careful enough they can spread themselves too thin and can be left unable to help anyone. They need to be a bit realistic when it comes to their goals.

Characteristics Of ENFJ:

ENFJ personality types are insightful and idealistic. They feel the need to serve a bigger and greater purpose in life. They strive to have a positive impact on the world and the people that surround them. They don't hesitate or feel shy to do the right thing even if it happens to be tough. Even when it comes to ordinary situations Protagonist can handle it with compassion, care, and dedication. They are born leaders and their passion and charisma allows them to inspire other people both in their career and their personal lives. They find joy and fulfillment when guiding friends and loved ones to grow into their best selves. Protagonists have the ability to understand people's underlying motives and beliefs. They can easily grasp people's minds and hearts. And this helps people with these personality types to be persuasive and inspiring communicators. They tend to be vocal about their values that include authenticity and altruism. They can't stand injustice or wrong and hence speak up when something happens. Protagonists have a pure intention and are motivated by it since they wish to do the right thing rather than having a desire to have power over other people or to manipulate them.
